As Principal, Kyle specializes in garnering new business and advising existing clients with their present requirements. Kyle brings over 15 years of market knowledge and strong negotiation skill sets to every transaction. Kyle serves as the Director of Brokerage Services for the company and is responsible for all Tenant Representation and Landlord Listings. Currently, Kyle is developing several of our projects and has grown the company’s development portfolio in various markets throughout Texas.  He plays a key role in sales and leasing, land use analysis, acquisition, financial incentives, due diligence research, working with local municipal & economic development corporations and site selection. His accomplishments and solid relationships in the commercial real estate industry are a testament to his success.
